PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
We at MBS Automotive pride ourselves in our obsession for providing the best quality product that exceeds our customer’s expectations. Our seats are manufactured at the MBS Automotive factory in Novomoskovsk, Russia with highly skilled team of over a 100 professionals. To ensure production quality, each order undergoes a rigorous set of tests for quality and safety before they are delivered for final installation.
Our dedicated assembly facility in Dubai,U.A.E. allows us to maintain our quality standards and deliver vehicles with a relatively short lead time. Production time for our seats ranges from 30 to 40 days.
The reliability of the adjustment mechanism is designed and produced by the industry leader, Buhler Motor (Germany). The shape of the lower part of the seat is made of polyurethane that reduces the height of the seat. Thus increasing the space between the head and ceiling, achieving comfort for taller drivers and passengers.
19 individual settings allow you to create personal comfort. You simply have to choose a function and adjust the chair to feel the pleasant embrace of the support.
The seat back comprises 8 independent massage pneumatic chambers with 4 more in the lower part. You can choose from three built-in massage programs and one of 6 different intensity levels. The duration of each program is 10 minutes that can always be extended for your pleasure repeatedly.
SAFETY
The seats are designed with complete preservation of the existing passive and active safety systems while considering all the parameters are met of the technical regulations required by the Customs Union.
